The scene
In the Japanese mecha anime Taiyō no Yūsha Faibādo, the hero Yutaro Katori is an android still learning about life on Earth. He sees a butterfly, and an English-subtitled version of the scene shows him asking “Is this a pigeon?”
People label the butterfly, the man and the question with their own words to mock someone who confidently mislabels something.
