About

MemesComeFrom answers one question: where does this meme come from? For every meme we find the original movie, series or picture, the exact episode and timecode, and explain what was going on in the scene.

How sources are checked

Pages marked “Not verified yet” have not been checked against the original. Once someone has watched the scene and confirmed the episode and timecode, the notice goes away.

Copyright

We don't upload movie or TV footage. Video clips are embedded from official uploads, and the “Watch the original” links point to legal places to stream, rent or buy. Meme images are shown for commentary and identification.
